To update your details your account must be fully verified.

Navigate to My Profile > My Details and click on Update My Details next to your account details.

Enter your Account Display name: This is the name you wish to associate with your account. E.g. My Account
Enter your Bank Sort Code: This is a 6-digit number in the following format 123456. We will auto populate your branch details on screen.
Enter your Bank Account Number: This is an 8 digit number in the following format 12345678
Enter your Account Name: This is your name which you have registered with your associated bank account.

Once all the above details have been entered, click Save.

If we are unable to verify your bank details , we will ask you to confirm the information is correct and try again. If this attempt fails we will ask you to upload documents via the online portal so we can verify you manually.
