The amber coloured upgrade banner on the dashboard means that your account is not fully verified. To verify your identity, click ‘Compete verification’.

If we are unable to verify any of your details, we will ask you to confirm the information is correct and try again. If this fails we will ask you to upload verification documents so we can complete our verification checks manually. Your account access will then be automatically updated when you next login.
